You are worthy of success, love, connection and everything you have ever dreamed of. Change is happening as you read this message. In order to shift from the life you have now to the life you desire a few things are required of you:
- Your willingness to face what isn't working for you in career, family, or relationships
- Your understanding of your childhood traumas and their effects on your life now
- Your willingness to heal your childhood traumas
- Your commitment to shifting from the way you are showing up now to the way that most aligns with your authentic values

The concept behind The Wise Heart is to foster the connection between head, heart and intuition in order to live wholesomely. When these 3 components are misaligned, it can cause you to show up in relationship with others in very codependent and destructive ways. This can change.

Key Principles:
- Accept that you have been through difficult things and that there is nothing wrong with you
- Develop an unconditional positive regard for yourself
- Acknowledge the voices inside you that don't use words (emotions, picture memories, instincts)
- Practice tuning into your body and physical sensations
- Use guided meditation to reclaim and heal your inner-child
- Honour your worth every day by doing things that are aligned with your values and purpose
- Forgive yourself in moments of guilt or shame

There is a large emphasis on the solutions-focused and inner-child focused therapies in my programs. Inner-child focused therapy can guide you towards connecting back to the parts of yourself that have been suppressed and neglected. By calling on these parts and embracing them, you can create tremendous shifts in your barriers. A part of this process requires going back in time and exploring your childhood experiences. This can be both powerful and effective in resolving traumatic experiences, loss, triggers in addiction and debilitating fears.
